The rice used is Oda Hojo rice, specially grown with 100% organic fertilizer and reduced pesticides, and is delivered directly from the farm.
The owner goes to Toyosu every morning to carefully select the source of the seafood, and the sushi rice is made with Oda Hojo rice from Ibaraki Prefecture, known for being presented to the Imperial F |
この日はお昼休み前から出張!
お弁当を持参していなかったので張り切って新しいお店を開拓!
(気づいたのはランチのお店は11時30分からなのですね、、11時20分頃に入ったら数店断れてしまいました)
せっかくの機会なのでお寿司のランチに!
出来たばかりなのかすごく新しい感じが出ていてカウンターも木のぬくもりが
嬉しいです。
さて、肝心のお味は期待値が高すぎたせいか(笑)まずまずといった感じです。
ただし、和食がもともと専門だったせいかあら汁は美味しかったです。
機会があれば夜に行ってみたいですね。
