この平日ランチは、日本橋コミサリーを後目に小舟町にあるお洒落なダイニング・バーにて。窓の無い地下フロアは50席とこの手のお店としては大きいのですが、既に人気を博しているようで13時の時点で９割方が埋まっています。
カウンター席に空きがありましたが、先客と隣り合うという理由で、わざわざ店員さんが空いたばかりのテーブル席を急いで片して案内してくれました。オヤジの一見客に対してもなんちゅー丁寧な接客。ひたすら感服しかありません。
ランチメニューは定期的に入れ替わるとの事で、予め予習して頂こうと決めていたボロネーゼは無し。ならばと『粗挽き鴨肉とキノコのミートソース（1,080円）』をオーダー。無料で大盛りに。その代わり同じく無料のブレッドは遠慮しました。
先にコールスローサラダとコーンスープが配膳されます。スープは冷製ではなくあったかで非常にスウィートな味わい。サラダも刻んだ茹で卵など具沢山で手抜かりの無い出来栄えでした。
そのサラダを頂いている最中にパスタが到着。めちゃ早いですねぇ。フランス語で小舟を意味する屋号のように、舟型のプレートに山盛りのパスタ。粗挽き鴨肉の量が凄い！惜しみなく入っていますよ。
1.4mm程度の細麺はまずまずのアルデンテで、ソースとの絡みは弱く、具材とは少し分離している印象。タバスコを少々かけて味を調整。オリーブオイルが飛ばないように慎重にフォークを回しながら、格闘を続けます。
あまりの具材の多さに先にパスタが無くなるという非常事態(^_^;)。残った肉々しい鴨挽き肉とサラダを一緒に平らげました。評判のブレッドも頂きたかったのですが、糖質過多だし、今回は無しで正解かな。
退店時は感じの良い店員さんと軽く会話を交わしながら、割引チケットと夜のコース案内を頂いて終了。ホスピタリティも素晴らしい、ナイスなお店です。
