While the atmosphere is sophisticated, the woodgrain interior gives a warm feeling. There are seats available at the open kitchen counter where you can watch the food being prepared right in front of you, and at tables that are perfect for dining with family and friends. Natural wines are not limited to natural wines, but are made by producers who are considerate of the earth, environment, and future, such as sustainable and bio wines. The owner's original blend of sangria, which uses herbs from partner farmers, is a popular drink with just the right amount of spice. We also recommend the ``Squirtle Highball'', which has the refreshing taste of sake purchased from a sake brewery in Gifu Prefecture and is perfect for dishes.
