人形町にある、自然派ワインと純米酒のハイブリッドバル【huit(ユイ)】。
提携農家から仕入れたお野菜やハーブを使ったお料理を中心に。
人形町の駅から数分、KYOE PLAZA 5Fにあります。
店主はソムリエでもある関口さん。中目黒のビストロKにもいらしたそうです。
お料理はフレンチ、イタリアンをベースに和も取り入れたオリジナルテイスト。
自然派ワインは、ナチュール限定ではなく、サスティナブルやビオなど地球や環境、将来への配慮をしている生産者のものにこだわり、とくに提携農家のハーブを使用した店主オリジナル調合のサングリアは、程よくスパイスが効いた人気の一杯。
ランチには、2種のパスタセット。サラダ付きパスタセットか、前菜付きパスタセット。もしくはアラカルト。
今日のパスタは・・・峰農園さんのふわとろナスを使ったバジル香るナポリタンまたは松澤農園さんのモロヘイヤを使った和風ジェノベーゼ。
【サラダ】
「グリーンサラダ」
おかひじき、スイスチャード、金時草、ラディッシュ、わさび菜、大根の葉、など苦みや青みのあるお野菜たっぷり。チーズを削って、ビネグレットドレッシングを。栄養満点、デトックスしたようです。
【メイン】
「峰農園さんのふわとろナスを使ったバジル香るナポリタン」
たっぷり茄子、赤パプリカ、玉ねぎ、ピーマン、キャベツ、海老、ベーコン。。そしてトマトソースにアルデンテパスタ。
ソースはナポリタンとして必要な存在、ケチャップの甘味もありつつも、決してB級のそれとは違った、トマトソースをベースにしてナスやピーマンなどのお野菜の旨味を前面に出したもので、濃厚なオイリー感はないので、するすると食べ進むことができました。
ナポリタンというとシンプルなスパゲッティなので平均値くらいのイメージをもっていましたが、贅沢なお野菜使いや絶妙な味付けでした。シェフの力量の高さと味付けのセンスの良さ、素晴らしかったです。ワインと一緒に楽しめることができる方にも最高でしょう。
