オープンは2〜3分後でした。
ナチュラルなお洒落カフェのような店内。
お冷にもハーブが入っていてすっきり。
■サラダ&パスタセット 1,500円
サラダはケール中心にミントやフェンネルなどのハーブでかなり個性的。
たっぷりのパルメザンに、ドレッシングはトマトかな？
野生味溢れ、緑食べてる！という感じでした。
パスタは2種類から。
モロヘイヤと自家製パンチェッタのグリーンクリームソースを。
ペペロンチーノ好きだけど、モロヘイヤが気になって。
注文から提供までは20分ほど。
モロヘイヤがねばねばで、カリッとしたパンチェッタの塩気がいいアクセント。
こちらも緑を食べている感じでした！
お冷をこまめに注いでくれたり、帰りに一言かけてくれたり、接客はとても丁寧。
