More than 50 years since its establishment. “Saga Chikuku” offers authentic Saga cuisine here in Shibuya with the idea that “we want our customers to enjoy delicious food and drinks.” The reason for its popularity is the homey atmosphere of a ``high-class Shibuya Izakaya (Japanese-style bar)'' rather than a ``kappo/small restaurant.'' Most of the customers are calm and you can enjoy your meal in a calm atmosphere. Today, forget the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy delicious drinks at our restaurant, which is perfect for alcohol lovers.

Our restaurant focuses on "natural food" using seasonal ingredients. We go to Tsukiji to buy fish and use only wild caught fish. We also offer high-end ingredients such as fugu, soft-shelled turtle, and kuei, etc., if you make a reservation in advance. We also use fresh, completely pesticide-free vegetables grown at my parents' home. Handmade soba noodles, karasumi (dried mullet roe), and ginger ale are all homemade. The homemade yuzu kosho is especially popular by word of mouth! We also sell it in the store, and some people visit us just for the yuzu kosho.

We offer Local Cuisine from Saga Prefecture. We especially recommend the ``soba made in-house''. We use buckwheat flour from Hokkaido and offer "Toichi Soba" which has a stronger buckwheat flavor than usual and has a higher percentage of buckwheat flour.
