彼女とのデートで初めて使わせて頂きました。
渋谷で、落ち着いたお店を捜し歩いている時に、目にとまったのがこのお店でした。
中に入ってみると、高級感がありながらもどこか落ち着く雰囲気で居心地がよかったです。
スパークリングワインで乾杯した後は、店長にお勧めの料理を教えてもらい、それを頂きました。
お肉料理もお魚料理もメニューが豊富でした。
今回食べた中では、
『大山地鶏のグリル』と、『ウニといくらのパスタ』が絶品でした！！！
大山地鶏のグリルは、大山地鶏自体がそもそも美味しいのに加え、味付けにオレンジピールを使っており、
シンプルなおいしさに加え、上品な味でした。
これには、彼女も大喜びでした！
そして、それ以上に彼女が太鼓判を押したのが、ウニといくらのパスタでした！！！
私自身もかなり好きな味付けで、とにかくウニがふんだんに使われていて濃厚すぎる味わい！！！
そこにいくらがのっており、ウニといくらの相性は言うまでもなく最高でした！！
スパークリングワインが進む進む（笑)
この時期は、普通のスパークリングワインのほかに、
季節限定で食用の桜が浮かんでいるスパークリングもあり見た目もお洒落♪
最後はデザートにティラミスを頂き、本当に充実した至福の時間を過ごせました。
ちなみにここの店長は、職人気質で一見怖そうに見えますが話すととても優しく、
最後は、デザートに合うから♪とスパークリングワインにほんのちょっとのカシスを混ぜた、
さっぱりしたお酒もつくってくれてとても親切な方でした♪
