What we offer at our restaurant is "Toriyaki" rather than Yakitori. Fresh morning-pulled chicken is delivered directly from Miyazaki every day, and instead of being skewered, it is dipped in a special salt sauce and then grilled on a wire grill. In addition to single-item menus, we also offer "mixed grilled chicken" for those who want to taste a variety of parts!
