気心の知れたビジネスパートナーとのランチで初訪問。たまたま個室に予約がなかったということでサービスで個室へ。スタッフ・ソムリエ・シェフ、皆感じが良くて、居心地抜群でした。
シャンパーニュからシラーぽい赤ワイン2杯を飲みながら、話の合間にタイミング良く運ばれてくるお皿の説明を聞き、じっくりと味わいました。魚は五島列島から（青森の漁師さんからこだわりの魚が直送されることも多いそうですが）の真鯛とサワラの２品。真鯛のカルパッチョは、2人とも『旨い』と呟いてしまいました。
トリッパ・ポルチーニ茸のスパゲッティは、香り良く、旨旨でした。赤ワインが進みます。メインは鴨胸肉のロースト。脂の甘みと肉の香りがたまらん逸品。パン２種とオリーブオイルも旨旨。お腹が膨れてしまうのに2人とも手が止まりません。サービスで出してくれたデザートワイン・特製モンブラン・コーヒーまで、前向きなコミュニケーションにエネルギーを与えてくれる、とても素晴らしいものでした。
食後の2人の感想は『期待以上に美味しかった。また来たい』でした。挨拶に来られたシェフにも正直にお伝えして、再訪を約束しました。
