We purchase seasonal fresh fish and vegetables from Toyosu Market every day. We offer an attractive menu that includes seasonal ingredients, special ingredients, and rare ingredients that you would like to try now. There is also a ``recommended menu'' that changes daily.
DrinkAngel's Temptation [Aged for 8 years in sherry barrels]
This shochu is made by storing [Angel's Temptation] unprocessed sake, which is only available at our store in Shibuya, in oak barrels and sherry barrels for about 8 years. ``Angel's Temptation'', which has a pale amber color due to storage in barrels, has almost no sweet potato aroma, but it has the mellow taste unique to potato shochu. You can enjoy it on the rocks or mixed with hot water, but at our store we recommend trying it with the ``Temptation Highball''! !
