バーニャカウダの野菜は、
どれも新鮮で、
お通しにも手抜きなし。
お刺身も新鮮。
からすみ大根は、
だしのよく効いたおでん、
という感じでとても美味。
どんこ椎茸は、肉厚。
1人1つがおすすめ。
マコモダケは、
タケノコと似ていて、
コリコリ、シャキシャキとした
歯ごたえで、あっさり風味。
浜焼き鯖は、
とにかくでかい！(笑)
3～4人で1つでもよいかも。
とうふの厚揚げは、
クリーミーで、本当に最高。
1人で2ついけそうなぐらい。
穴子土鍋飯は、
絶対食べてほしい逸品。
おにぎりにしたら、
さらにおいしそう。
プリンは、
言わずもながで、
〆はこれしかない。
そして、ドリンクでは
ぶどう酢(ロック) (480円)
がめちゃくちゃおいしかったです！
梅酒もおいしかったとのこと。
