[訂正] 柿と蜜柑と和栗のモンブランなパフェ
明日から12/2から新作のパフェを一足早く頂きました。和栗と柿のモンブランなパフェ第5弾になります。抹茶の入ったジュレと辛くない柿の種入りでクランチさを。バランスも良く色んな食感が味わえます。詳しくはEmmeのインスタでご覧になれます。
オープン当初の2019年から何弾目でしょうかね〜 以前はあまりスイーツをそこまで食べなかったが、これをキッカケに再び食べる様になった思い出のパフェ。
今日から師走でクリマスツリーが飾ってあってあっという間に1年が過ぎて行く感じですね〜

表参道から徒歩約10分、色んな食材をクレイティブに活かす斬新なパフェやデザートを次から次へと生み出す凄腕パティシエの超オススメお店です。シェフはフランスでの修行も経て一つ星レストランでも腕を振るってた方です。
お昼はそのパフェを求めて遠方からも多くのリピーターが集まります。焼き菓子も美味しいですが、一般の料理メニューみかなり素材にこだわっていて、レストランとしても楽しめる高いレベルを誇ります。ちなみに、オープン当初から通う私のオススメが数量限定の外はサクッと中はもちもちなクロワッサン。あれば大体まとめ買いしちゃいます。
オーナーのご主人はソムリエであり、夜は入れ替わって店頭に立ちます。色んなワインやシャンパーニュもストックしてありデザートとも楽しめます。
一応出来る限りの最新から今まで食べて来たパフェやその他のデザート作品を載せてみました。昼でも夜パフェ、また飲みでも食事でも大満足出来ること間違いないです。
僭越ながら、今まで行ったお店の中で1番高い評価の4.8にしました。後の0.2に関して継続的な進化を陰ながらに応援して、楽しみにもしたいからです^_^
