夫と2人でランチタイムに伺いました。
今回いただいたのは7000円の桜〜鉄板で仕上げる逸品&ステーキ〜。
✓お料理
【アミューズ】
ペースト状のかぼちゃの中にリコッタチーズが入っていて、外側は燻製されたナッツとローストされたかぼちゃの種がまぶされていました。見た目に反して想像よりもしっかりスモーキー。でもかぼちゃの甘みを邪魔しない、とっても美味しいアミューズでした。
【帆立貝のポワレ エシャロットソース】
肉厚な帆立貝（この時点で美味しい）にエシャロットとフライガーリックがかかっていて、下にはそうめんかぼちゃが敷かれています。帆立の美味しさが際立つお料理でした。
【季節の焼き野菜】
山芋、玉ねぎ、茄子、ゴーヤ、ごぼうの盛り合わせ。
焼き野菜、個人的に大好きな食べ物なのですが、、、もちろん美味しかったです。
【国産牛サーロイン80g（追加して150gに変更）】
シンプルなステーキ。わたしたちはミディアムレアでお願いしました。噛むと脂が溶ける良質なお肉でとっても美味しかったです。お肉は量を追加できるので、夫もわたしも150gに変更しました。結構量があってびっくり、、、！追加はしても100gとかでいいかもしれないです。
【宇治抹茶の羊羹と長野パープル】
ガッツリとしたステーキのあとにちょうどいい、あっさりとして食べやすいデザートでした。
✓お店の雰囲気と感想
内装は結構厳かで席数も少なく、落ち着いていました。店員さんも必要以上にお話してきたりということはありませんでした。お客さんの会話をなるべく邪魔しない方針のお店って感じがします。なので人と大事なお話がしたかったりするときや、ビジネスでの利用によさそうだなと思いました。デート利用にももちろん◎
そしてお肉を追加したのもありますが、めちゃくちゃ満足感あります。もうお腹がはちきれそうでした。ドリンクのメニューには載っていませんが、コカコーラも注文できてわたし的には結構嬉しいポイントでした。やっぱりお肉にはコーラだよ、、、！
