今年の初めに、ディナーで伺い、いたく感動しました。
クラシックスタイルのビストロ料理で、とても好みだったうえ、
シェフの感性の鋭さ、繊細さ、仕事の丁寧さ...
最近は温故知新的なお店が増えて来ましたね。こちらのランチメニューは正に古き良き和式ビストロと言うか、いわゆる洋食メニューがずらり♪
