噂の痛風鍋を食べに友達と来店
予約の際カウンターでもいいと伝えたのですが
テーブル席用意できますと店員さんからお話もらってましたが、
お店に入ると端の方に無理やり作ったようなカップルシート？のような席に通された。
男2人で座るにはキツすぎたし、この時期アウターを着てるので服を置いたりしたらまじで窮屈でした。
とりあえず痛風鍋が来て説明を受ける
あん肝はもう火が通ってるので鍋ができる前に食べてもいいとの事。
あん肝をつまみつつ、野菜の水分が出て食材全体に火が通るのを待ちいざ食べてみる。
思ってたよりも感動はなかった
変にくどいけど味がはっきりとしないと言うか
野菜とかもある程度煮込んで食べたけど、全然味が染み渡ってない。
もっとインパクトのある味なんかなーって思ってたけど、割とスカスカした味に拍子抜けしました。
多分痛風鍋を食べるよりも、牡蠣鍋とかエビ鍋とか主役がちゃんと決まってる鍋を食べた方がいいと思う。
あと鍋以外のメニューが美味しそうだったので次来る時はそっちの方を食べると思います。
鍋ってゆっくり落ち着いて食べたいと思うんですよ。
東京は賃料高いので、ある程度席数作るのは理解してるんですが、
それでもこの店は無理やりギュウギュウに席を作ってる感がすごかったです笑
カウンターの方がまだ広々できそうと思ってしまう席は無くした方がいいのでは？と思いました。
