食べログで予約検索をかけたらピックアップされてきたこの店に、日曜ランチで伺いました。
スタッフの方の一人は日本語勉強中の外国の方。一生懸命説明してくれました。メインがオーダーでないものが出てきたのはヒアリングに失敗したからか？それもご愛嬌。
料理はみめ麗しいイノベーティブメキシカン。
日本人のスタッフの方が、最近本国の名料理人が日本贔屓で来日しシェフになってくれたと語ってくれましたが確かに美味しかったです。
