Only the selection course is served. The course begins with a rich clam soup that will soothe your soul. Afterwards, there was a series of witty snacks, including deep-fried Nebuto, a specialty of Onomichi, steamed egg custard topped with pickled plums, and a comparison of two types of sea urchin (purple sea urchin from Aomori and bafun sea urchin from Hokkaido wrapped in bigfin squid), and more.
