ミシュラン獲得店が渋谷に進出と聞いて行ってきました。素晴らしいお店でした。清潔感がありお店は活気がいっぱい。今日は美味しいコースにしました♪ まずガリが参りました。最初は中トロが参りました。最高に美味しかったです。非常に美味しい。ほんのり醤油載っていて美味しい。そして炙りの金目鯛
すだちが乗っていて最高であります。次はシメサバ。最高でした。そしてシンコマキと干瓢巻きです。そして こち です 。すだちと岩塩でいただきます。次はホタテの昆布締めです。最高であります。そしてズワイガニといくらと雲丹です。小さなどんぶりです。最高でした。そして本鮪の漬け わさびの代わりに柚子胡椒が入ってます♪ さらに赤海老の昆布締めです。最高であります。次はアオリイカです。これも最高でした。さらに玉子焼き これも最高でした。最後は赤だしです。これも最高でした。そしてデザートで終わりです。デザートはいちごと蕨餅です。最高であります。
