A bakery in Omotesando that caught my eye. I arrived 25 minutes before the store opened and there were already 3 people in line, but the line didn't continue after that, and only a few people arrived at the time the store opened. However, the number of breads is limited, and popular items tend to be sold out by the first few customers, so if you want to be sure to get them, we recommend waiting before the store opens. It's open on irregular days, so check on Instagram beforehand. I purchased the following 4 items. (Total: 3,774 yen) Dry curry bread Scallop pie Fried shrimp viennois Kouign-amann Dry curry bread is a slightly sweet roux with a soft-boiled egg and is so hard to eat that you can't decide where to bite into it.It's more like eating bread. It feels like curry itself. As for the scallop pie, the scallops inside are delicious, but the presence of the pie crust feels weak. The fried shrimp was the thickest I've ever had, and the tartar sauce was delicious, but the bread itself wasn't that great. It might be a problem with my selection, but although the taste was good, I didn't feel like I was eating bread, and I felt like the ingredients were too strong and the bread itself was destroyed. The only bread that looks like bread is kouign amann. Although it can't be helped due to the availability of ingredients, each item was too expensive and the cost performance was not good, so I thought I would like to enjoy it as a normal meal on a plate. . .
