At our restaurant, we offer new ways of cooking and eating Tempura that overturn the traditional concept of tempura.We change the oil, frying temperature, and batter to suit the ingredients. The specialty is shrimp Tempura. You can enjoy a slightly different texture and taste with the almond sauce and the Americana stuffed inside. There is also carrot tempura with marinated salmon underneath, which has Tempura eye-catching three-dimensional appearance. In particular, selection, where you can enjoy three types of shrimp, milt, and carrot, is a menu that you should definitely try.

Tenki's wine cellar, with a resident sommelier, has about 300 brands. We especially specialize in white wine, which goes well with seafood Tempura such as shrimp and scallops. The lineup changes every three months, so you can experience a variety of flavors depending on the season. Our selection of unusual and edgy products, including orange wine, is sure to satisfy even the most picky eaters. In addition to bottles, there are 10 types of wine available by the glass. Owner Kameya trained under Chef Masato Nakanishi of Sucré Salé before moving to France. He stayed in Paris for 3 years, gaining experience at French cuisine, Spanish Cuisine and a total of 6 Restaurants restaurants. After returning to Japan, he worked as a sous chef at Rabitude, Sucré Salé again, and Lecanque, and opened Bistro Rigolé in Sangenjaya in 2014. It was selected as a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide Tokyo 2018. We will offer the best of our culinary experience in Japan and abroad.

... We offer around 300 types of wines, mainly white but also orange, that go well with the exquisite dishes that can be enjoyed not only by the tongue but also by the eyes. Another attraction is the carefully designed space that reminds you of the inside of a cave.
