From Shibuya Station, head towards Tokyu Main Store (under construction), turn right at Don Quijote and walk for a while. On the 4th floor of the building, teamLab's digital art is projected in front of the counter seats, as I heard. It undulates like Hokusai's waves, and it's amazing that no two images are the same. It is a magnificent and luxurious shrimp.・Hand-rolled sea urchin and wagyu Sushi The wagyu beef is grilled before being rolled. There was also a heaping amount of sea urchin rolled into the roll, so the melt-in-your-mouth combination left a happy lump in my mouth. It was a gorgeous scroll that was perfect for finishing the dish.・Red dashi The last dish is red dashi, which lived up to my expectations. We can't do without this. This restaurant's soup stock is delicious, so the soup dishes are also excellent.・Seasonal sorbet and fruit platter Yuzu sorbet also uses the peel. At the end, they made me some matcha tea, and it was a very satisfying dinner. It's close to the station, and I think it's a casual but traditional restaurant.
