渋谷区松濤にありますイノベーティブレストランの啓蟄さんに伺わせていただきました。
けいちつと読みます。
元々はエレゾゲートさんがあった場所です。
コロナ禍も明けて、これからの春の訪れ、新たな時代の到来にちなんでこの名前を付けたのだそう。
この日はショートコースを頂きました。
モダンフレンチで、食材の組み合わせが面白い！
春らしさが感じられて、ワクワクする素晴らしいコース内容でした！
シェフの引き出しには、まだたくさんのアイデアが眠っていることでしょう！
接客も心地よく、ソムリエさんとの山口県トークも楽しかったです♪
