渋谷区神泉にありますカウンターイタリアンのコッキさんに伺わせていただきました。
かのフィレンツェの伝説的三ッ星レストランのエノテーカピンキオーリの料理長を経て来日し、長年に渡り日本のイタリア料理レストランで勤められたCocchi シェフが自らのお店をオープンされました。
この日はランチで伺わせていただきました。

日本の食材を活かした和のテイストのイタリア料理が繰り広げられます。
一品一品シェフが目の前で丁寧に作られます♪
全てがスペシャリテ級の美味しさ！
ノンアルペアリングもあり、また、最後は日本らしく水出し緑茶で〆るという日本の心も大切にされていることも伝わります。
こちらは今後ますます注目されるレストランだと思いました。
