友人と恵比寿で美味しいご飯を食べようと思って伺ったのがRue Favart（リュファヴァー）さんです。カジュアルフレンチのお店でお料理はもちろんのことスイーツが充実していてさまざまなケーキがいただけちゃうんです。たしかケーキはテイクアウトもできたと思いますよ。
お店は恵比寿ガーデンプレイスの裏にあって駅から10分ほどの距離にあります。駅から近い場所にあるので一軒家レストランになっているんですよ。しかも店内はパリっぽいアートな感じで夜はムーディーな雰囲気が楽しめちゃいますよ。
◆ 自家製オリーブと野菜のマリネ ¥530
まずは乾杯をしながら軽く摘めるものをチョイス。自家製オリーブと野菜のマリネをいただきました。マリネはキュウリ、パプリカ、玉ねぎ、タコが入っていましたね。適度な酸味が爽やかでいいですね。オリーブは食べすぎてしまうと思ってしまうくらい食べやすかったです。
◆ ホタテ貝のポワレ・プロヴァンス風 ¥1700
ホタテ大好きなんですよね。ポワレなので表面がカリッとするくらいしっかりと焼き目が付いて香ばしい感じも良いですね。肉厚のホタテが食べ応えがありますね。
◆ 牛ホホ肉の赤ワイン煮 ¥2300
やはりフレンチでワインを飲みながらだとこういうお料理が食べたくなってしまいます。牛ホホ肉の赤ワイン煮もいただきました。真っ黒い牛肉の塊がドカッと豪快に置かれています。
お肉の下にはマッシュポテトが敷いてありましたね。フォークを軽く入れると切れてしまうほど柔らかく煮込まれた牛肉。赤ワインのソースがまた濃厚でたっぷり付けていただきたくなってしまいます。
◆ かぼちゃのニョッキ
パスタもいただきたかったのでかぼちゃのニョッキをセレクト。かぼちゃをたっぷりと入れたニョッキは甘みがあってちょっとおやつのような風味。でもソースのクリームがあるので一緒にいただくことで食事ニョッキになるんですよね。
◆ 本日のリゾット ¥1200
本日のリゾットはたしか海老のリゾットだったはずです。チーズのクリーミーさと海老のプリプリとした食感を楽しめる一品。もう少し食べたいと思うくらいの分量なので独り占めして食べちゃうのもありですよね。
