りんかい線から、恵比寿でおりてお店に向かいました。

すごく甘くておいしいです。
★フグの白子
大和芋のすりおろしがのっていて、なかなか手の込んだ感じです。
季節的にとらふぐではないのかな？ まあ、クリーミーでおいしいです。
★焼き穴子
これは少ししょっぱいですねえ。肉厚でいい穴子なんですけど。
★鯛 帆立炙り ハモ
これはいい感じですね。ただ、器がちょっと小さいし、残念な感じです。
★香箱がに 酒盗ソース
これは酒盗のソースがおいしいですね。蟹もみがほぐれてて食べやすいし、卵もおいしい。
★鮎 煮浸し
これは骨まで柔らかくて美味しいです。鮎のはらわたが甘いですね。
★煮ダコ
タコ自体は柔らかくて美味しいのですが、なんというか、マスタードが合わないかな。
★フグ雑炊
まあ、これは美味しいです。
日本酒はいい品ぞろえですが、メニューに純米吟醸とかの情報は書いておいてほしかったかな。
お料理は、なかなか日本酒に合う感じで良かったです。
ここまでコースであって、デザートがないのはちょっと残念ですね。ここは何とかしてほしいところです。
まあ、全体的にはなかなか満足できました。
