The owner wants to support his hometown of Fukuoka Prefecture, so he has contracted with a farmer in Itoshima City in the prefecture to have vegetables shipped directly to him. Seasonal ingredients such as pumpkins, shishito peppers, okra, and jade eggplants are delivered to us by the producers and can be boiled, grilled, or cooked according to the customer's wishes.In addition, the signature pork curry is made with luxurious domestic pork. Braised with beer, it is soft and has a homey taste. It's an impactful dish with chunks of meat on top.

We offer a wide variety of drinks including beer, shochu, whiskey, sake, and cocktails. The most popular ones are potato shochu and lemon sour, and of course you can keep the bottle. And for a snack, let's start with Fukuoka's specialty, vinegared motsu! The yuzu and pepper are effective, and the chewy texture is irresistible. For the sesame mackerel, which is also a Fukuoka specialty, we use shime mackerel at our restaurant. Mixed with ground sesame seeds and whole grains, and Kyushu's Ukakuchi soy sauce, this dish goes really well with alcohol!
