Kitchen Watarigarasu uses plenty of healthy, pesticide-free vegetables delivered directly from the fields, and carefully makes all of our sauces and dressings from scratch. We polish our rice in-house
..., cook it in an iron pot, and steam it in a rice container to bring out the grains and make the rice delicious. We do not use any additives, chemical seasonings, or frozen foods. Our meat is healthy, pasture-raised "Tokachi Doro Pork" and "Muroto Misaki Akage Wagyu Beef." Our fish is delivered directly from Takamatsu Port on the Seto Inland Sea. Our fresh ingredients let you feel the beautiful four seasons of Japan. We want to be migratory birds that relay our sincerity to you, along with the stories of the people who made the ingredients before they arrived here. With that wish in mind, we simmer our pots on the stove every day, mix our spices, and look forward to wonderful encounters with you.
