気になっていたお店。
身体に良さそうなので薬膳スープの水炊きコースを注文。
旬菜・造り・焼・鍋・酒肴・食事・甘味と結構なボリュームで出てきます。
薬膳スープの比内地鶏水炊きは濃厚なスープと身の引き締まった鶏肉が美味しくそれでいて身体に優しい。
お腹いっぱいでもシメの雑炊も美味しく食べれました。
たたきも美味しかったですが比内地鶏炭火焼きが特に美味しくふっくらジューシーでお肉の旨味がギッシリ詰まっていて思わず追加で串を頼みました。
串も美味しかったですがエル・フランスと言ううずらは濃厚で絶品でした。
デザートのプリンも濃厚で美味しく大満足なコースでした。
