とある焼鳥好きなレビューさんの影響か美味しい焼鳥を求めて恵比寿を散策。テイクアウトで考えてたけど焼きたての誘惑に負けて連れと入店しちゃいました。(笑)
オーダーは焼鳥と野菜串1本含んだ7本コースに一品で出し巻き、〆で親子丼を注文。
【焼鳥・野菜串】
思っていたより大きめなポーションで比内地鶏の噛むほどに旨味が広がりとても美味！ソリやちょうちんなどあまり馴染み無い部位は焼鳥屋さんでしか味わえませんね。
順番に1本1本焼き上げての進行ですが気づくと『あれ？野菜串は？？』っと思っていたら一番最後に登場！こだわりなのかまさかの『ししとう』でコースの締めくくり…個人的には途中で欲しかったかな。。。
【出し巻き玉子】
ふんわり柔らかく出汁の効いた味でした。串の合間に食べるといい口直しに！
【親子丼】
〆の親子丼はさすが焼鳥屋さんが作るだけあってかちょうど良い固さでとじた玉子が御飯に絡んで美味しく完食致しました！
店内も感染対策しっかりしていて安心して食事出来ました。
価格も専門店としてはリーズナブルに楽しめるので機会があればまた行きます！
