久しぶりに恵比寿のお店のご紹介。
2013年3月1日にOPENしたばかりの、
「和酒和食 恵比寿 黒帯」へ行って来ました。
場所は恵比寿神社のすぐとなりのビル、4階です。
このあたりは本当にお店の入れ替わりが激しいなぁ。
店内はかなり落ち着いた雰囲気で、カウンター、テーブル、個室あわせて35席ほど。
この日は個室で宴会があったようです。でもカウンターにいても全然うるさくはなかったですよ。
メニューはこちら。
創作和食ということですが、基本的にはお酒が進みそうなものばかり。
旬の食材を使ったお料理もありました。
まずはお通し。青菜と油揚げの煮物。
乾杯は白ワインをいただきました。
熊本のワインで、
限定2,000本だそうです！
すっきりした辛口で美味しかったです。
お料理は、メニューにはなかったですがお造りをいただきました。
少しずつに分けて出てくる、色鮮やかなお刺身。
これ、蛸なんですが、ぷりっぷりで柔らかくて美味しかった。
しめ鯖に、
新鮮な岩牡蠣！
そして、とってもきれいな色の鮪。身も厚く、食べごたえがあります。
お造りが終わると、一品料理をいただきます。

じゃこたっぷりに、ごま油が効いて、ハツの好きな感じですｗ
▼「長いもそうめんこのわた和え」
これまたお酒が進んじゃう一品です。
▼「比内地鶏空揚げ」
熱々で美味しかったんですが、やっぱり比内地鶏は焼き鳥がいいかもですｗ
そして、日本酒へシフト。
こちらのお店ではかなり高級な日本酒まで取り揃えてありました。
（もちろん呑んでないですがｗ）

そして、最後の〆で頂いたのはこちら。

甘辛のたれとわさびでさっぱりと頂きます。
お店の雰囲気的に、接待っぽいなぁという感じ。
飲み会でわいわいしてしまうとものすごい金額になってしまう予感がしますｗ
客層的にも上の方々が多かったですし。
是非、鮮やかなお刺身を楽しんでいただきたい。
