The owner became independent in 2017 after training at Yotsuya's famous restaurant Sushi Takumi for over 10 years. We offer beautiful sushi made with carefully selected fresh ingredients that are carefully sourced. The rice used is "Ginbozu Ichizoku" from Miyagi Prefecture, which is specially selected for sushi. We use red vinegar and white vinegar depending on the sushi ingredients, and change the acidity according to the temperature.We pay great attention to everything from the ingredients to the finish. We always have about 12 to 13 types of sake in stock, including ``Eikun'' and ``Kikusui'' from Shizuoka Prefecture, which is my hometown, selected by Suzuden, a local sake specialty store that I have been working with since my training days. In addition, we have a wide variety of carefully selected sake that goes well with sushi, so please enjoy your favorite drink. We will do our best to provide you with warm hospitality so that you can have a comfortable stay.
