Enjoy the finest Edomae sushi in a luxurious, hideaway atmosphere
At Sushi Yaei, you can enjoy the unique taste of Edomae sushi, carefully prepared by our craftsmen with love and dedication. We also have a wide selection of rare sake that goes well with sushi. Pleas |
I made a reservation for the premium nigiri course for lunch. When I ordered sake, the sake cup and the brand of sake recommended were the same as the sushi restaurant in Kagurazaka, and the lowness of the chairs were also similar. I noticed the same restaurant name and asked the chef, and he told me that his apprentice is in Kagurazaka. The chef laughed and said that they had copied the Ebisu recipe. The 10 nigiri I had were: red sea bream, scallop, bonito, horse mackerel, lean fish, salmon roe, yellowtail, Ishigaki shellfish, medium fatty tuna, and Bafun sea urchin. Egg, tuna roll, and bowl. It was a reasonable price and very satisfying.
