割烹居酒屋のNEWトレンド！
最近自分の中ではすごくホッとな割烹居酒屋（もしかすると以前から流行ってるのかもしれないが…）の完成形に近いお店。店内はカウンターのみでシックでモダンな店内は大人な空間。まずは飲み物を頼むけど種類が多くて少し迷っちゃう。そういうときはスタッフさんにアドバイスをいただく。お酒は日本橋もワインも他の店にないユニークなものが多くてテンションが上がる。お料理もたくさんの種類があってどれも美味しそうで困る。完全なおまかせではないけどスタッフさんのオススメを参考にオーダーを決める。炊き込みご飯は30分くらい時間が掛かるので途中でサインをいただいてからオーダーをすればいい。料理はどれもクオリティが高くて居酒屋レベルではない。お酒じゃなくて料理だけを求めて訪れてもいいレベル！
