4月にオープンしたらしい日本料理のお店
まだ開店祝いのお花もあります
店主さんと思われる方を始め、お店の方皆さんかなりお若くて驚きました
ランチメニュー、どれも気になりますが初めましての湘南茅ヶ崎牛に惹かれて牛バラ塩角煮と水菜のハリハリ風とやらに浅利の茶碗蒸しを追加
メインには柔らか～い角煮や水菜以外にお豆腐と玉ねぎも
小鉢にはキクイモが使われていたりと工夫されているし、お漬物やお味噌汁に至るまでどのお料理もしっかり美味しい
またごはんがすごく美味しいのにびっくり
土鍋で、しかも炊きたてです
このお値段がずいぶんリーズナブルに感じるランチでした
大変な船出と思われますが、応援したいお店がまた増えました
次回は是非お魚料理をいただきたいと思います

ここのところ何だか忙しくて
平日だけでなく土日も家で仕事してて丸一日休みって日がない
仕事中は集中してるけどそれ以外は常に眠い、歩きながら寝落ちしそうな勢いです
疲れてるなぁ...こんな時こそ美味しいもの食べなきゃ
前回お伺いしてとてもいい印象だった日本料理店に二度目の訪問
前回はお肉だったので今回はお魚って決めてました
真鯛と穴子と迷って穴子～
穴子、好きなんだよね♪
...でも後ろ髪引かれて結局単品の真鯛胡麻だれ掛け追加注文しちゃった
そしてこちらは！ごはんが！すごく美味しいのでごはん大盛りでお願いしております
メインはもちろん、小鉢やお味噌汁、お漬物まで手抜きなく美味しいし気が利いてる
単品で頼んだ真鯛も一見こじんまりだけどしっかり5切れ
追加で頼んでよかった～な逸品
お店の設えや接客も素敵、終始くつろいで幸せなランチタイムを過ごせます

目立たない場所で大変だと思うけど応援したいお店です
