By purchasing ingredients directly from producers, we deliver traditional Japanese-style meal at reasonable prices. For example, Chigasaki beef comes from Chigasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, the owner's hometown, and vegetables are shipped directly from farmers in Iwate Prefecture. In addition, the owner personally selects the seasonal seafood in Toyosu. Based on the concept of ``presenting Japanese Cuisine in an accurate and new way,'' we use carefully selected ingredients. The main dish is grilled seafood and meat over binchotan charcoal, and you can enjoy the delicious flavor of the charcoal.

The counter seats are made of a single piece of mahogany and are 12m long. While preserving and passing on orthodox kappo techniques to his disciples, he creates new dishes every day that incorporate French cuisine and Chinese cooking methods.
