2020年にオープンした恵比寿CRAFTさんはクラフトビールのお店ではありません(笑)
割烹料理出身の店主（この手の方は他の割烹料理店で修行を積んでいるケースが多い気がします）がオープンさせた割烹料理のお店です。
30～40代をターゲットにした割烹料理店なので夜はコースのみだけど手頃な価格帯で、思わずお酒をたくさん注文したくなります(笑)
早速、コースの品をヒトサラずつ堪能しました。一品一品手が込んでいて、でも優しいお味のする料理ばかりです。
お酒は辛口の日本酒とビオワインがラインナップされていて、料理に合うお酒を提案してもらえます。裏通りにもいいお店があるので恵比寿はやめられないですね（東カレっぽいセリフですがw）
