こだわりの鮮魚たちは豊洲市場のほかに博多からも直送されてるそうです。
コロナ禍において、横並びに座って黙食に集中できるお鮨は外食好きにはもってこいのシチュエーション。
この日のお食事は9800円のコースです。
前菜、お造り、焼き、煮物、箸休め、酢の物、揚げ物をいただいてからの握りで、最後に甘味となっています。
エビスビール生(700円)を乾杯、お料理のレパートリーからもう日本酒が欲しくなります。
ぐっときちゃうお料理ばかりでした。
前菜は美しく、目も楽しめる逸品揃い。
お造りは蛸が特に気に入りました。
焼きは好物の「のどぐろ」は炙り加減が絶妙でした。
煮物は大根までよく味が染みてます。上品、生姜も良い仕事していて、汁が美味しすぎで飲み干してしまった。
揚げ物も毎回違うみたいですが、河豚最高に美味しかった⤴︎
お鮨もバランスよく、食べたいものを一通り食べれた。特に握り一品目のコハダ、柚子の香りで心がグッと持っていかれましたね。ここから更に気分が上がる品々、鮨の後には、ほっこりした美味しいしじみの味噌汁が沁みました。
甘味のモナカも良かったな。
このバランスの良さで9800円(飲み物別)なら大満足です。
因みに途中に呑んだ日本酒は日高見でした。
綺麗な徳利に入っていて、雰囲気もあり、もちろん味も好きなのでいい感じでお店に酔えました。
