恵比寿の新店舗。渋谷や外苑前にも店舗がある利崎さんが握りだけのコース一本でオープン。
表通りだが、ひっそりとした雰囲気の細い階段を3階まで上がり昔ながらの鉄扉を開けると綺麗なカウンターがお目見え。
若い大将の握りはどれも絶品。
シャリの温度も握り具合も完璧。
しまあじ、漬金メ、イワシ、鯵、甘海老、蛤、穴子、鮪、子鯛、干瓢、トロたく、などなど。追加オーダーもさせて頂いた。
握り一本のコースでここまでの満足度を得られるものなのかと感服。最高でした!
