【鮨 利﨑 恵比寿】
さんにお伺いさせて頂きました、
場所は、恵比寿になります、広尾方面になります、
外観は、雑居ビルの3階で階段で登ります
内装は、漆黒の黒基調でシンプルな感じです
以前、恵比寿ニシツグさんがあった場所です、
東京カレンダーの港区おじさんでお馴染みのお店、店主さんでしたね
移転され、こちらには、代々木公園の人気店（寿司百名店）の鮨 利崎 恵比寿店さん
が入られました、
代々木公園に居られました、塩谷直貴さんがご栄転され店主になられております。
こちらもお任せコースのみ、握りのみになります。
18時一斉スタートの回に参加させて頂きました、

江戸前の仕込みが丁寧で、隠し包丁など技術が高く、見た目がとても良いですね
カマス、桜鱒、金目鯛などとても美味しく頂けました、
個人的に特に美味しく感じられたのは、
・甘海老
・鰯
になりました、実に良いですね
若いスタッフさんによる、活気が店内から感じられます、
良い雰囲気の中で味わえます。
また再訪してみたいですね
今後か少し楽しみですね
