恵比寿は駅から徒歩2分ほど。
恵比寿一丁目交差点近くの雑居ビル3F『鮨 利﨑 恵比寿』さん。
奥渋で人気のお寿司屋さんだそうで、青山の2号店に続く3号店がこちらの恵比寿。
急な、かなり急な階段を上って（“登って”の方が妥当か）店内へ。
黒を基調とした店内は、照明も落としていて雰囲気は抜群。
カウンターのみ10席でテーブル席はなし。
家族連れには申し訳ないんだけど、お寿司屋さんはこれで良い。
余計なものが一切なく、お寿司に集中できそう。
運良くカウンターど真ん中の席。
まだお若い大将なんだけど、丁寧なお仕事を目の前で楽しめた♪
メニューは、握りオンリーの「おまかせ握り」一本勝負。
¥8800-税込- と、リーズナブルな価格設定。
17:00- 19:00- 21:00-
一斉スタート3部制。
週末金曜日19:00の回で予約。
始まるや否や、次から次へとご提供。
友人との会話を挟みながらも、黙々と食す。
シャリは伝統の赤シャリではなく白シャリ。
人肌程度でほんのり温かくちょうど良い感じ。
（もう少しお酢を効かせてほしいかも。）
ネタは江戸前寿司伝統の旬なものを中心に14貫（15だったかな？）。
まぐろだけ2貫（2個）ってところにちょっとした気配りを感じる。
良き。
（ところでお寿司1貫は1個だよね？昔は2個だったような？）
合わせる今宵の日本酒は大将におまかせで。

最後にトロたくを追加オーダーしたところで〆。
