Fascinated by the delicacy of Japanese Cuisine, he entered the world of Japanese-style meal cuisine. Impressed by the depth of birds as a food ingredient, he studied under Yoshiteru Ikegawa, the author of Torishiki. Utilizing Japanese cooking methods, it complements the main dish, ``charcoal-grilled chicken.''

Charcoal-grilled chicken grilled using extremely fresh Date chicken and Shingen chicken, grilled over a high flame that is directly passed down by Torishiki. The degree of cooking is determined for each part of the bird, and the outside is crispy and the inside is juicy, capturing the flavor of the ingredients.

selection course only costs 12,800 yen (tax included) with 18 dishes. ~Appetizers, soup bowls, grilled chicken, grilled vegetables, chopstick rest, final meal, iced sweets~The course includes grilled chicken cooked over a high flame, as taught directly by Yoshiteru Ikegawa, and charcoal-grilled chicken, a main dish that takes advantage of Japanese cooking methods.
