The highlight is the takkanmari made with Daisen chicken. Is it a little different from others? I was really interested in the elegant Takanmari after seeing it on SNS, so I took my husband there on the weekend. There were several types of Takanmari, but this time I chose the Japanese-style salt half. It costs 4,000 yen for 1 to 2 people, but it's so voluminous that you wouldn't think it's for 1 or 2 people! The chicken is soft, rich, and full of elegant flavor. Containing plenty of vegetables and mushrooms, this is a luxurious dish that far exceeds its price. I also like that the staff cuts the chicken into bite-sized pieces that are easy to eat. The condiments are vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, chives, yuzu pepper, vertical mushrooms, green karazuke, and Japanese mustard, and you can enjoy it by changing the flavors to your liking. First, I tried just the soup without any condiments, and although it had a gentle texture, it had an indescribably deep and elegant richness that was irresistibly delicious. This is a soup you can drink forever! Of course, it's really delicious when combined with condiments, and by changing the taste you can enjoy it till the end without getting bored. This soup was so delicious that even after all the ingredients were gone, I was asked to keep the pot and finished my meal with this soup. Also from the seasonal menu <Summer> is Tottori's white squid sashimi (1,300 yen), which has a rich sweetness, a smooth and sticky texture, and also has ears and squid. The Wagyu Mandu (1000 yen/250 yen per piece), a Korean Gyoza / Dumpling with a rich flavor of meat and shiitake mushrooms, was also extremely delicious ♡ Korean Cuisine Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) looks like a food stall. I had such a lively image. This is a clean, calm and elegant space, and this may be the first time I've seen this kind of atmosphere at a Korean Cuisine restaurant. The staff were very nice and I felt very comfortable. In addition to table seats and counter seats, there was also a private room with Karaoke. I think this is a store that can be used in a variety of situations, both private and work. Delicate and elegant Korean Cuisine in a calm and elegant space.
