特上タンは切り方を選ばせてくれたので、歯応えが楽しめるように厚めでお願いしました。
うずら味噌漬けは、ロースターで少し焼き目をつけると、何故かしら中の黄身が柔らかくなり美味しかったです。何かの味付けはあるな程度で味噌を強く感じることはありませんでした。
たれユッケは1人前の量は多めでしたが、2000円なので、ちょっと高く感じます。
レバたれ焼きは、レバーが切口が角が立っておりかなり新鮮だ、臭みもなく、シャクシャクした歯応えがあり良かったです。
塊肉はどれも150gとのことで、今回はシャートーブリアンにしました。ロースターでお店の人が焼いてくれますが、焼き終わったものは中は冷たく、結局切ったものを自分で再焼きしましたので、あまり期待しない方が良いかと。
焼き終わったお肉はキッチンを切り分けてくれますが、何も言わないと薄切りにされて『たたき』のような状態で提供されるので塊肉の意義が半減されてしまうのでご注意を。折角の塊肉肉なのでゴロっとしたのを口に放り込みたいので。
冷麺はごく普通。
カレーは甘めの味にチリの辛さを加えたような感じでした。
ハンバーグは表面にパン粉がまぶしてありカリカリに焼かれ、切ると中から肉汁が溢れてきましたが、その脂でチャーハンのようにしましたが、脂自体はそれほど美味さはなかったので油っこいチャーハンになってしまいました(笑)
ソフトドリンクのブドウジュースの赤を注文しましたが、よくある『ワインと同じ製法で作ったブドウジュース』との事でしたが、甘過ぎず適度な酸味と渋味で、この手で今まで飲んだ中で1番美味しかったです。
全体的に味付けは薄めだとおもいます。
お酒を飲ませるために
メニューの価格は税込み。
サービス料やお通し、席料等も取られておらず、とても良心的なお店でした。
個室利用は別料金が必要なようでした。
残念だったのは、焼き終わったお肉を切る際に、生肉を切ったまな板を拭かずにその上でカットをしたりしていたことです。これからの時期に食中●とかが発生しなければいいなと思うばかりです。
