The only menu available is selection Course (22,000 yen). You can enjoy it with a composition of 5 appetizers and snacks, 12 pieces of nigiri, a roll, and an egg. The chef purchases natural products from the seas around Japan, such as tuna, yellowfin tuna, and conger eel, and uses his skill to weave them into Edomae sushi. Utilizing our experience in Japanese Cuisine, we delicately create appetizers and snacks using seasonal ingredients. We also serve sushi at tables. Please enjoy the exquisite consistency created by sharpening your senses.

Mr. Tomohiro Kumakura had 6 years of experience at a Japanese-style meal kaiseki restaurant, and 12 years of training at the famous restaurant [Ginza Ambermon], where he was the second chef. While mastering Edomae sushi, he has a strong desire to improve himself every day and continues to deepen his skills. Enjoy the ultimate sushi made by discerning the ingredients, sharpening your senses, and using the best cooking methods to bring out the deliciousness. Mr. Kumakura has a friendly personality. The appetizers of the "selection Course" are in charge of Mr. Kumakura, who is familiar with Japanese Cuisine.
