The ingredients we use for our signature sushi are only high-quality fresh fish purchased from Toyosu. Among them, tuna is one of our specialties. The rice used for the sushi is carefully selected from Hatsushimo from Gifu Prefecture. As the name suggests, it is a late-rice rice that is harvested ``around the time of the first frost,'' and its grains are larger than regular rice. The vinegared rice uses only the sweetness of the Hatsushimo rice without using sugar, so it is popular with many customers as it reduces thirst. Enjoy the supreme consistency made with carefully selected ingredients.

The selection Course, where you can enjoy seasonal flavors, is available in three plans: 10,000 yen (lunch only), 18,000 yen, and 25,000 yen. The menu is luxurious, with 18 to 22 items including fresh fish nigiri and other items that evoke the changing seasons. In addition, the lineup of alcoholic beverages and wines that go well with sushi changes depending on the season. This is a great place for important entertainment and dinner parties.
