恵比寿にオープンしたビストロ「Bistrod'ami」で女子会してきました。
恵比寿駅から徒歩2〜3分、かわいらしい外観のお店です。
カジュアルでキュートな店内はどこか落ち着く。
カウンターとテーブル席があり、合計24席ほど。
メニューはこんな感じで前菜からメインまでずらり！
ボトルの種類も豊富で、泡で乾杯です。
前菜は、ルーツトマトとブッラータチーズのカプレーゼ。
サクふわのバケットと一緒に味わいます。
続いて、スープドポワソン ニース風。
具沢山の優しいスープです。
じゃがいもニョッキと牛トリップのトマト煮込み。
柔らかく煮込んだトリッパを、こんがり香ばしく焼いて仕上げ。トマトの酸味とお肉の旨みのバランスが美味しいです。
メインのお肉は、鴨むね肉のロティをチョイス。
しっとりジューシーなお肉の中にお米がぎゅっと詰まっています。赤ワインソースをたっぷり絡めていただきます。
がぶがぶワインを飲みながら、美味しいお料理を堪能できる楽しいビストロ。カウンターはデートや女子会に、テーブルはワイワイ飲みにぴったりです。
