恵比寿にある創作和食の粋。
以前は他のお店だった記憶で、その時に改装されたお店を居抜きで使用しており、その前のお店が単価の高いお店だったので内装は高級感があります。
お店のメニューは人気店のメニューを持ってきた感じは否めないです。
そのためどちらかというと映えそうなメニューで構成されており、写真を撮りたい人向け。
どの商品もクオリティがいまいちに感じられました。
トロたくのネギトロは少し安いものを使用してるためマグロの美味しさは感じられず。
サーモンのカルパッチョのソースは市販のドレッシングをかけたような居酒屋の味。
唐揚げはカリッと揚がってるものの、鶏肉の筋切りなど切り込みを入れてないため歯ごたえがすごく噛み切るのに大変。
残念ながら家庭料理の時短レシピを食べてるような感じでした。
また個室はクーラーが効きにくいので少し汗ばむので要注意です。
恵比寿は飲食店の激戦区なので、オリジナリティとひと手間を加えたメニューが増えると格段に良くなる気がします。
2階という立地を考えても工夫は必要ですね。
