恵比寿駅の西口から3分程度。トラジさんのビルと口コミを見て伺いましたが、意外と昼はトラジさんが目立っておらず、少し迷いました。
お昼の食べ放題を予約。女性スタッフさんが3人くらい、職人さん2人。他の方の口コミにもありますが、カウンターを6人ずつくらいに分けて2人の職人さんが握られるので、片側が少ないと提供ペースが全然違います。平日お昼でしたが、若い人たちばかりでした。
提供されるお寿司は、シャリが小さめ、ネタが大きめ。ハケでお醤油が塗られそのまま食べられます。
10貫程度最初に出て、そこからは食べ放題。
何を頼んでも嫌な顔せず握ってくださるので、好きなネタを頼めます。
ウニ、ホタテ、しめ鯖が個人的にはハマりネタでした。しめ鯖は、しめ方が弱いので、回転寿司やパック寿司と全然違い、鯖の旨味がものすごく強いです。日によってネタは違うようですが、是非頼んでみてほしいネタです。
職人さんもあたりがいい方ですし、気持ちよく食事ができました。ご馳走様でした。
