以前、御徒町にあるカタカナスシのお店が、ちょっといい雰囲気の支店を恵比寿に出しました！と聞いて友人と食事に伺ってきました。なにげに恵比寿ってオトナの街だからか来ることが多いので立地は最高かも。待ち合わせのしやすさって大事ですよね。
この日はメニューを見ながら気になったものをアレコレとオーダーしてみました。
にぎり1品からオーダーできるので、ご一緒した方と好みが異なっても気にせず好きなものをオーダーできるのが嬉しい。スタートのしじみ汁はやさしいお出汁がカラダに染み渡ります。「エビカニ合戦 極」は作るの大変ですよね…と思いながらも大好きだからオーダーしてしまいます。

オススメのものを★マークつけてみたのですが、食べたものほとんどについてしまいそう(笑)
ホタテや中トロ、ハーブロールも写真をみたらすぐにわかる美味しさ！ネタのクオリティーがとにかく◎。さらにビジュアルもよく、インスタ映えもばっちりで、思わずスマホで撮影してしまうこと間違いなし。もちろん映えだけではなく、とても美味しいのが最高！誰をつれてきても喜んでもらえるはず。
なんと、となりの席にはインバウンドの方がいらして、オーダー大丈夫かな…と心配していたら、スマホから英語でオーダーできるシステムも導入されてたのには、驚いたしさすがだった。(素敵な思い出になったようで横で嬉しそうだったのが印象的でした)
乾杯は、珍しい黒墨の入ったパインサワーを。(海外ではチャコールパウダーが流行っていて腸に溜まった老廃物を吸着する効果があるらしい)
日本酒も食事に合うものが厳選されており、この日は日高見をオーダー。うんうん、食事に合う合う。
お料理がくるたびに「きゃー、可愛い♡美味しい」がとまらないお店でした！またぜったい来る！
