今回31日は、伊勢海老に松茸が
テーマ
先付け的な2品
雲丹、アワビ
前回同様に素晴らしく思わず笑顔
そして早速
伊勢海老のお椀
海老のお味噌の部分が和えられ
ていまして
ここに、松茸の土瓶蒸し汁をかけて
いただくという趣向
なんとも贅沢✌️
日本酒が進みます。
お造りはメイチ鯛に伊勢海老
細かく切られた松茸を添えて
さん昇名物、煎り酒で
しゃぶしゃぶしつついただきます
さん昇さんは、お醤油はあえて
使わず
かわりに、煎り酒を使っているの
ですが。
この煎り酒、実にお刺身に合うのです
続いて、伊勢海老の酒蒸し
もう幸せ❗️
さらに松茸をひとつひとつ目の前で
炙っていただき
日本酒とともに(^^)
